Neve’s Story

Neve joined the team in 2022 as a Residential Support Worker with no prior residential care experience. Today, she’s a Deputy Manager.

“I felt so valued to be given the responsibilities I was given,” she recalls of her early roles. She progressed through Qualified RSW and Senior Residential Support Worker, where she led shifts and trained new staff. Now at Opal House, she’s being coached toward Registered Manager.

“I feel so lucky to be part of Stepping Stones Care,” Neve says. That’s because here, your development is genuinely supported and progression is real.
