Our Journey

In May we registered Sandstone House, our inaugural Children’s Home, a three bedroom Therapeutic EBD Home in Romford. Later in September we welcomed our Head of Recruitment, enhancing our capability to attract top talent.

In March we registered Opal House, a four bedroom Therapeutic EBD Home in Quinton, which received a commendable Ofsted outcome on 08/09/2023.

We also became finalists for Employer of The Year at the CYP Awards in October 2021.

This year we cared for five children across our homes. In June, we registered Garnet House, a two bedroom Therapeutic EBD Home in Wolverhampton, achieving a positive Ofsted outcome on 20/06/2023.

In March, we registered Onyx House, a four bedroom Therapeutic EBD Home in Rowley Regis, garnering a favourable Ofsted outcome on 06/06/2023.

In June, we welcomed a Head of Operations to our team and successfully expanded our care to 15 children.

In August, we managed care for 10 children. Bolstered our team with a Referrals Manager and Office Administrator. Opened our new Head Office, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

We continued to grow in October. Registering Marble House in Oldbury and Amber House in Bromsgrove, both three bedroom Therapeutic EBD Homes. Amber House received a positive Ofsted outcome on 18/04/2023.

Finally, we earned another nomination for Employer of The Year at the CYP Awards in October 2022.

In February, we rolled out a new model of care to further enhance our services.

In October, we won the prestigious Employer of The Year Award at the CYP Awards.

In April, we welcomed Amethyst House and Coral House to our portfolio, marking our continued commitment to providing exceptional care.

In December, Garnet House was recognised as outstanding in Leadership and Management by Ofsted.

In January, Opal House was recognised as Outstanding in Leadership and Management by Ofsted.

In June, we were proud to announce the opening of Emerald House, edicated to providing care, comfort, and support.

Finally, in November, we opened Topaz House, a beautiful home in Wolverhampton.

We welcomed our new Director of Operations, Dan Old, to the team.

In October, we were delighted to receive 3 homes rated Good in the space of 7 days.
