Your Unique Shift Pattern
Unlike traditional care settings, we operate on a two-week rotating pattern: Week 1 is 1 day on, 3 days off. Week 2 is 2 days on, 3 days off. That means you work just 5 weekend days every 9 weeks.
Your full rota is published 12 months in advance – no surprises, no scrambling. Just time to rest, be with family, and actually plan your life.
