In-House Therapeutic Team
A key part of our approach is our dedicated in-house therapeutic team. Having therapists as part of our organisation means that support is always accessible, consistent, and fully integrated into each child’s care.
Our therapeutic team works closely with residential staff to:
- Provide tailored therapeutic interventions
- Offer guidance and reflective support to care teams
- Ensure that every child’s emotional needs are understood and prioritised
This joined-up approach allows us to respond quickly and effectively, ensuring that therapy is not separate from care but embedded within it.

Our Therapeutic Home
We also offer a unique space known as our Therapeutic Home. This is a welcoming, calming environment where children can step away from their day-to-day surroundings and engage with our therapeutic team in a different setting.
The Therapeutic Home has been thoughtfully designed to feel relaxed and non-clinical, helping children to:
- Feel more at ease when opening up
- Engage in sessions in a comfortable, safe space
- Experience therapy in a way that feels natural and supportive
For many young people, this change of environment can make a significant difference, allowing them to connect more freely and build stronger therapeutic relationships.
