Vacancies change often, so the quickest way to check is visit our vacancies page here.
Do I need experience in residential care to apply?
Not always. Values matter most to us, and we provide full training and support for people new to the sector.
Do you support staff to gain qualifications?
Yes. We support team members through the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and beyond, and many of our managers started in support worker roles.
Which locations are your homes in?
Our homes are across Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Bromsgrove and London. We don’t publish exact addresses to protect the young people’s privacy, but we’ll tell you which homes are near you when we talk.
What training will I get?
Every new team member completes a full induction covering [e.g. safeguarding, therapeutic approaches, behaviour support, first aid], followed by ongoing training throughout their time with us.
What support will I get day to day?
You’ll have regular supervision, a supportive manager and team.
